Am I able to change my order once submitted?
After you have clicked the “Complete Order” button, you are not able to change it. If you need to change your order, please contact us.
How will I know that you received my order?
Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email notification that shows a receipt, details, and order number.
What if, upon receiving my order, some items were wrongly ordered, or I received an item that was not ordered?
Please contact us so that we may resolve the issue promptly.
What if I forgot my password?
There is an automated process that can be utilized to help you reset your password. Please store your password, as our system does not remember passwords. We can also reset passwords as well just contact help@efrontera.com.
Am I able to start an order and then finish it later on?
Yes, you are not required to finish your order in one sitting. The items in your cart are automatically saved, and the order will be flagged as “Open” in the orders section. You can then just click on edit order, and your cart will be restored.
